A. We try to send you notifications on real estate that are available between the range of $50,000 - $250,000. Sometimes there may be higher priced real estate, but not always.

Q. What is the usual deposit amount required for rent to own homes?

A. The usual deposit we've seen sellers ask for can range between $10,000 - $30,000. This depends on the area, the condition and the circumstances of the seller.

Q. Why are we charging for membership?

A. It is our goal to help you find affordable real estate deals on the market. In order to do so we spend money on marketing to bring these opportunities to members of the community.

Q. How will I get access to the membership group after I pay?
